Store shows "installed" won't download to iPad ,iPhone, or PC.

The iphone doesn't have the option to receive from an Android phone. I have tried a previous answer to the same question from 10 months ago, but with the current versions it doesn't work. How do I work this situation?

Gifted app to my daughter but she cannot download app to iPhone after iPad install. Message says that she has already used gift. App is supposed to be for both devices. How can I install on her iPhone?

Photo Transfer App has been terrific for me since I bought it some time ago,

However, the app is now crashing when uploading to phone. I've had no problems transferring from the iPhone to a desktop computer (Mac) at home or at work. But now I seem to be having problems uploading even an 82kb jpeg file. I've restarted the phone, I've reinstalled the app. And I'm stumped.

I have video clips on my iPad that came from my canon digital camera. They have a weird filename on the iPad with .avi and .thm both in the filename. When I upload them to my macbook pro, The file gets saved but I can't view or preview it. It seems like it is not in the right file format. seems to be received as jpg. I tried renaming to .MOV but that did not work.

If I edit a photo in the "Photos" app in iOS (ie crop/ rotate/enhance), and transfer it to PC, it shows as the original unedited version.

If I email the same picture from the Photos app, it shows the edited version.

Is this a bug?

When I transfer photos taken on an iPhone 4s to my wife's iPhone 3GS, they take a long time to "preview in focus" when viewed in the 3GS photo album. I mean they stay blurry for a long time before getting sharp. I think this is because the app is transferring the higher resolution images of the iPhone 4s to the lower-res, lower-processor-speed iPhone 3GS and the view speed is suffering... I hope you understand what I mean. Is there any way to automatically convert/optimize to a target device's resolution?

Will this app transfer photos on my old iPad that were synced from a mac laptop not normally used to my new ipad3 that has different apple ID account ? If I need to purchase the app again for the new iPad it is ok. I just do not want to lose my photos!
