everytime i go to the address on my web browser to transfer pictures from my ipad 2 to my macbook it immediately says "transfer pictures to your PC" i do not have a PC and have gone back in the app on my ipad and made sure i chose the send to apple computer option and it does not matter it keeps defaulting to PC on my computers browser without allowing an option to choose otherwise. please help. the app worked perfect until today.

I am trying to use this app to move my photos and videos from ipad2 to iPad2 and keep getting an error that the iPad does not support this format when it reaches 100%. The photos move but the videos will not. Please help!! I just purchased this app yesterday based on reviews and I am getting frustrated trying!!

It worked once but now I have different options. Instead of "Download All Files as a zip file in full resolution"(which worked like a charm!) it asks "Download all files as zip file in PNG format or XMP format"
My computer doesn't know what to do with either of those types of files so now it won't work.
I have tried them both ways and when I extract them, my computer only shows me four or five pictures.

iPhone to iMac, where are the Photo Transfer files? I have no name so I can't search. There is nothing in my Pictures folder. Where is it? What is it called? A clue please.

I transferred some photos and videos for the first time from my iPad to my windows PC. Because I'm always confused about which way is "up" on the iPad and it intuitively turns itself anyway, a lot of the photos were obviously taken "upside down". You don't realise this on the iPad, but when they're transferred to PC, the majority of the images are upside down and I can't edit them, because they're from a zipped file? Also, no videos transferred.

How can I get video's from my iPhone 4s to I movie?
And how can I download video's that I already imported to PTA in a new folder I created?

I’ve read some threads on this topic, and most are >6 mos old. I just bought a refurb iPad 2, PT app, Mac PT version, and all I got were JPEGS transferred. When I start the transfer of my Canon CR2s from the iPad to the iMac, it goes straight to transferring them in a zip file, which can’t be opened on my iMac.

When I download original photos ( as a zip file) from my Iphone 4s to Win PC, on unzipping the photos I find that they are inverted.

Why does this occur ?

Sure, I can rotate each photo, one at a time, through 180 deg but surely this should not be necessary.

Any advice to solve this problem would be appraciated.
