Pix not actually saved on computer..why...why...why?
Why can we only view the photos in the computer and not actually save the photos? Why do we always have to go to the Ip address to view the photos? Viewing the photos is also hard because we can't even rotate the photos. Why...why...why?

I'm sorry about the delay in response, I will be happy to help you!
When you use our app and have your photos selected on our website, yes you can view them directly from the website but you should be able to choose to download all the photos as a zip file in full resolution. Do you see the button when you are on our webpage?
It should look something like this:
You can also save the images directly from the webpage as well by clicking on one of the photos resolutions and right click -> save as.
Why do we always have to go to the Ip address to view the photos?
In order to download the photos you have to go to the IP address. From there you can view the photos directly and that allows you a preview of what you have selected and what you want to download.
Viewing the photos is also hard because we can't even rotate the photos
To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer. Picassa desktop for example will be able to show the photos in the correct orientation.
Note that if you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated on the proper way.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other question.
Kind regards,
Amber
