When I transfer photos from my iPhone 5 to Dropbox, they lose their original creation date. Instead they show the transfer date. How do I get them to retain the creation date? This is often a critical factor for photos I take at work.

I just paid and downloaded the app yet only 434 of my 1523 photo's are showing and none of my 24 videos are showing to transfer?? Not happy since i paid for unlimited downloads of both!

how do I upgrade Photo Transfer on my computer so I can have the new delete feature. I was able to do this easily on my Iphone app and it is now version 5.11 but my computer still shows version 2.2

I transferred 2600 photos today, the app worked great, all automatically with one click on backup. However, now I'm stuck with 2600 finger taps to delete the photos off the iPad Air 2 with iOS 8. iOS 7 used to have a mass delete option but iOS 8 does not.

With the photos backed up, I no longer need them on the iPad. Can you add an option to delete photos after they are uploaded? (to save me 2600 finger taps!)

I want to transfer as soon as possible all my photos and video's to my Windows 8.1 laptop.....and I tried out everything your chat session told me & so much more....but nothing works till now after 4 hour trying it out....my stofrage on my iPhone 5S is totally full and I cn't even not update my apps anymore

Have two iphones showing after discover devices. How do you remove them and start over?
While trying to set up I entered the iPhone address 192.etc and now two iPhones appear and only one works. The other shows a connection error. I would like to remove them all and start over.

Need more space on iPad but want to be absolutely sure my photos are "copied" to PC and not just linked before deleting photos from iPad. Thanks.

Just updated my phone to iOS 9.3 and since then when I hook up my iPhone 6 plus to the app all the videos names are (null).JPG and when you try to transfer them the app on the phone crashes. Every video is the same going right back. I've transferred video before using this app so I know it has to do with the new update. Any ideas on when it could be fixed?

I recently purchased the iPhone app and now I'm trying to download it for my Mac. However, the app doesn't install.
A friend who also has the Mac software said there was an update available for them, but was given an "error" message whenever they try to update.
