I want to transfer all my photos and video's from my iphone 5S to my Windows 8.1 laptop..
I want to transfer as soon as possible all my photos and video's to my Windows 8.1 laptop.....and I tried out everything your chat session told me & so much more....but nothing works till now after 4 hour trying it out....my stofrage on my iPhone 5S is totally full and I cn't even not update my apps anymore

I am also have the same problem. I have PURCHASED the app for my iPhone 5s and Downloaded the Photos Transfer app on my Windows 8.1 PC. The devices find each other and connect. I can also select photos that are on my iPhone using the PC transfer app. BUT I CAN NOT for the life of me figure out how the transfer them??? Do I drag and drop? Is there a button that says transfer. Really, why is this such a mystery???
The help information provide is truly useless. There is NO help for using the Photo Transfer App on my PC.
PLEASE could someone from this company answer these questions?

I would like to suggest downloading our classic windows version which will let you use the app in a friendlier way and allow you to delete. http://phototransferapp.com/win/
Once you discover your devices, your photo's should show up. Have you tried our walk throughs: http://phototransferapp.com/help/win/">http://phototransferapp.com/help/win/
That walk through is tailored just for the desktop app.
If you are using our desktop app then yes you can drag and drop photos into the desktop app and it should transfer them over. If you are using the web browser and going from device to windows, you should see your albums listed once you discover your devices. From there simply click on the photos and at the top hit "download selected" once you're done.
