I cannot get the Mac app to discover any iOs devices. I have tried two iphones and one ipad on bot WiFi and ad hoc networks. I have tried the mac app on both a macbook pro and an iMac running osX10.7. And in every case the mac based app is not discovering any of the iOS devices. I am able to transfer between i-devices on all network types (wifi-adhoc-bluetooth) but cannot get the mac app to connect. What am I missing?

I have a problem transfering my photos from my Iphone to my computer. I have installed the XP version of Photo Transfer App on my computer and the iphone app on my Iphone 4. After succeeding discovering my device (Iphone), I click on an album in the Photo Transfer App so I can start the transfer process. But I get this message:

« Error – Load Album Contents

There was an error communicating with the device. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of photo transfer App on the device and that it is connected to the same wifi network. »

I have an Iphone 4 (A1332 GSM model), with the 6.1.3 version of the system software.
The Photo Transfer App version is v.2.0. I downloaded it yesterday from your website.
Windows XP is family edition Service Pack 3 version 2002
My Iphone and computer are conneted on my home network.

Yesterday, I was able to transfer a few videos but since then, I keep getting this ** Error – Load Album Contents ** message when I click on any album from my computer Photo Transfer App.

I can’t install the system 7 update for my Iphone, because there is not enough space (which is why I bought Photo Transfer App to be able to delete some photos from my Iphone).

Furthermore, I have verified my name in the INFORMATION section of my Iphone. One letter of my name (which is french) had an accent : André Chiasson. So I spelled it : Andre Chiasson.. I closed both applications before trying again.

I tried to transfer photos again, and I still keep getting the same error message.

Would you have any suggestions? Thank you.

When copying from a Windows 7 PC to an iPad 3 will all the folders/subfolders and pictures thereof be copied or will the folders/subfolders have to created new?

I ended up with a lot of pictures transferred to my iPad that I want to delete, but it either won't let me or I just don't know how!! Can you help me, please? Also, I didn't check every photo, but most have duplicates that are using up space. I know I didn't take 2 of each picture.

I tried to transfer 100 photos using the Flickr plug- in. It only transferred 47 and then started giving error messages. Please can some one help on what is wrong.

While transferring several select photos and videos from my PC to my iPhone 5s (originally taken on iPhone 4s and saved to computer), over 200 videos were transferred in addition to 400 photos. They were put into a folder under Albums and I am unable to delete the folder off my phone and it has used up my entire amount of storage - Help. please!

I want to save my pics and videos on a tangible hard drive.

I'm just kept waiting for update to load and meanwhile can't use the app. Don't want to erase the app as I can't remember if I paid for it! Thanks in anticipation for your help, Kate

I put photos from my PC onto my iPad into a new folder, but they all showed upp on Camera Roll. I don't want them there. When I deleted them from Camera Roll they were also deleted from my new folder. Boo! Help, please.
