Is there a way to set a default destination on Windows when we transfer from the IPAD ?

Windows APP only gives a Black screen inside the Photo App program on Pc so can't use it to transfer

I downloaded the windows App to load onto a PC running Windows XP SP3
.. it downloaded and installed OK.
However when you run the Windows App on the PC all you see is a black box inside the program windows... no controls, nothing...

I followed the instructions to transfer photos from iphone to windows computer. However, the photos are still on the iphone -- it didn't transfer from one to the other, it *copied* the photos. How do I get them off the iphone, please?

I am getting a "Cocoa error -1" message when moving photos from Android device running 5.0.2 to iPad2 running 9.3.2. Anyone having success in resolving this? Have tried all message options as well as complete reload/restart of app. Have not done uninstall/reinstall, yet.

I am unable to change the backup path. The Mac app puts it in the user directory, photo folder. My SSD is does not have enough space so the files need to be backed up to another drive. How do I change this?

The online documentation states that the path can be changed in the app settings, but I don't have that option. Also, my app looks very different than the screenshots on the website.

It used to run smoothly, after recent updates, download does not start, instead there is a message appear:  {

Problem can resolve after refresh couples more times, but it is quite annoying, please fix this.

Is there a setting to let the Photo Transfer App download only the jpeg file from a Live photo taken on an iPhone 6s? Transferring to a PC.

We really don't need a record of very short .mov files cluttering up our destination folder.

Since your last update my original file names are not transferring. Instead some are being name fullsizerender.jpg  - When I try to transfer them from my iphone to my mac, some are renumbered, but some do not put the period between fullsizerender and jpg;  so they won't load into Lightroom since they are recognized as text files. Others are getting a long file name. Please fix.

I just bought the app and can't get any photos to transfer from my IPhone to my PC. It just grinds away and nothing happens

I am using the Photo transfer app on my IPad and transferring photos to my PC Windows 10.  I wish to use the UPGRADE NOW section; however it will not upgrade. I have transferred to maximum number of photos allowed , but wish to transfer more. "How do I upgrade?"
