I had no trouble transferring the video made on my iPhone 5 to my Mac, but the date and time of the video changed from the original date and time to the date and time the video was transferred. I'd like the original date and time to remain and not to change.

iPad shows 'Connected', but on PC side, no albums or photo displayed in App window. In 'ALBUMS IN SELECTED DEVICE' area shows 'null (0)'.
the system seems running with a message on lower-left : 'Thumbnail loading..', but nothing happened.
Tried dragging photos into App window, can't.
Turned on and off, reconnected several times, nothing worked.

Transferring .jpgs from MacBook to IPad 3, first two attempts stalled, so divided photos into smaller groups. Third attempt appeared successful with messages from app to that effect, but could not find images anywhere on the I Pad.

i don't see a way to delete pictures in desktop UI after the iphone images are transferred...Also large video files seem to have transfer problem.

When teansfering from iPhonr (iOS 7) to iPad (iPad 1), Receive error message that states "go to settings, privacy, then photos and make sure Cloudcam is allowed to read your photos". There is no reference to Cloudcam on my iPhone. The iPad does not have a privacy setting option.

The iPad clearly sees the iPhone, but the photos will not transfer. What do I need to do?

is there any way to change the method of handling duplicate file names? My wife and I recently got iPhones and the picture files on the devices are named using the same naming format. When I copied her pics using the PT app, it wrote over my pics with the same name. Why doesn't the app just create another file with some type of extension (_001)? Any ideas?

Are any other phones suported as "sender" to IPad. Either via bluetooth or wi-fi. If so which one?
