Multiple iPhones showing in discover devices

Have two iphones showing after discover devices. How do you remove them and start over?
While trying to set up I entered the iPhone address 192.etc and now two iPhones appear and only one works. The other shows a connection error. I would like to remove them all and start over.
It appears the easiest way is to uninstall the app then reinstall. It worked so far.
Correction.... still have multiple iPhones showing. Help?
Hi Robert,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having trouble with the app. We are looking into this issue. We are looking into this issue and it seems that once you entered the iPhone manually the app is remembering the device and if it appears on the network with the same address it will show again. Here is one workaround, uninstall the app and then you will need to remove the settings manually as well by deleting this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Adobe\AIR\ELS\com.erclab.air.phototransferapp

That will get rid off the manually entered devices and you should start fresh.

Thanks for pointing out this issue. Let me know if it worked.

Best,

Enrique
Photo Transfer App

Had the same issue and this worked for me...the folder for Windows 7 is:

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Adobe\AIR\ELS\com.erclab.air.phototransferapp

Don't need to uninstall photo transfer...just delete this folder and restart the program.
