transfered photos renamed and out of sequence

When I transefer pictures from my iphone 5s to my windows 7 pc, all the photos taken with the hipstamatic app are renamed and all my photos are out of sequence. The whole reason I purchased this app was to stop this from happening. I just purchased the upgrade but it didn't help.

Backup won't work

I want to backup (and not delete) photos from iPhone to PC. I initiate the session, phone says "connected" and the PC says "Backing up albums" I let it run all night and not a single pic is copied. Am using version 2.7 and Windows 10 on a Surface 4. Any ideas? Thanks, Bob

PS - this runs correctly on an older desktop running Windows 10

Not transferring ALL selected photos.

I have selected 171 photos from my ipad but only 63 transferred, anyone know why? Thank you in advance if you have an answer!

Unable to backup no more then 10,390 photos from any one folder.

The Backup Photo Album option only allows me to backup a maximun of 10,390 photos from any one folder when I have over 30,000 photos in one folder I need to backup.

Reduced resolution transfer after update

I have had this this app for some time, but today, after updating, I noticed the images I have just transferred are only a third of their full size. I don’t see any option in settings for resolution.

I've tried 4-5 times now to get the (upgraded) app and windows desktop utility to back up photos off of my iphone (ios 14.2 iphone 8).  I tried a few times via wifi then moved to USB which seemed to be going much better.  However, it got hung up on an image and there was a note "Downloading from iCloud" there.  I checked my firewall and didn't see any live transfer going on, just wondering what it might have been doing at that time.  Is there a recommended way to avoid this?

Need a previous version for iOS 5.1.1

Hi,

I have some photos that were added to iPad 1 with a pc. I need to retrieve the photos but the iPad is only on iOS 5.1.1. Is it possible to get/buy a previous version of your app that runs on that iOS. Thanks in advance.
