I have installed the App on my ipad-2 and it is running. I have loaded and run the App on my Windows 7 prof (64bit) PC and I have ensured that I have the latest version of AIR on my PC. When I try to connect it 'seems to fail'. I have also rebooted my router. Both devices are connected to a good local private network. Have good WiFi connection and USB if required. When I ask the PC App to find devices its says none found. If had manually the http://name-of-ipad.local. (with final .) the ipad asks me to accept the connection. Then says it is connected to the IP address of my PC (static not DHCP). So a sort of connection has been established. But I don't then see anything on my PC app? Maybe I haven't quite understood this? Or maybe there is another step?

I can't get a large video to finish downloading ("Backup Albums" feature) from iPad 2 to my PC. The progress bar goes to the end, then sits there forever. Network connection shows that activity ceases at that point. Please help - I can't finish the backup.

I have started using the Photo Transfer App on my Ipad 2.

When I open photos tab I see the following albums "Camera Roll", another album (I will refer to it as "Album #2") then a few albums which were made photos from the "Camera roll" album (I will refer to these albums as "Sub-albums").

I can delete photos from the "Camera roll" album as well as from the "Sub-albums".......however I can not delete photos from " Album #2"......is there a way to delete this album and/or the photos in it?????

When I try to delete albums, I can delete all of the "Sub-Albums" but not the "Camera roll album" and "Album #2"

I am trying to transfer photos from a Windows 7 PC to an Ipad Mini with iOS 7.1. Installed on the PC is Photo Transfer App 2.1. All options on the Ipad Photos & Camera Options are turned off. When selecting multiple photos from a Windows folder (for example 4 photos selected) only 3 will end up on the Ipad. If I select 3, only 2 will end up on the Ipad. On the Ipad I see panels stating "saving 1 of 1", saving "2 of 1", "saving 3 of 1", "saving 4 of 1". Then a panel that states "1 images were saved to your photo album.....". 3 were actually saved instead of 4. Can you help with this issue? Thanks in advance.

how do I "run" the photo transfer app on my computer? The only option I can see is browsing for pictures on my ipad which has no pictures. I am trying to put pictures on my ipad from my mac. I don't have camera roll on my mac only iphoto.

Not much else to say. It appeared to download ok, but how to run it? Not on my PC, iPad or iPhone. I downloaded it from my PC.

I bought this app n I loved it for my apple iphone n ipad devices. My question is do I need to pay again for this app using my android phone?
