i have an android phone and it is connected to wifi but the photo app said no wifi connection but it is .... what do I do???

Thank you for sending us your question here, I am sorry for the long delay in response!

I would recommend that you please turn off / on your wifi router and then try to reconnect. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to connect to your wifi network. Also make sure that you are as close to your wifi router as possible. Are you on a home wifi network or a public network?
