Hi

I have just used photo transfer app to transfer 66 videos from my iphone to ipad, however all original date / time info has been lost on transfer. Now all videos are showing as being created on the day they were transferred to my ipad (as per the ios camera roll timeline view), instead of the dates I recorded them on.

Is someone able to kindly assist? As naturally I am not happy that the app appears unable to retain the date / time of ios videos on transfer.

I am trying to back up my iphone photos to PC Windows 7, and although the wifi is working on my computer, my iphone wifi is not working. I got another iphone 4s through warranty due to the fact that wifi is not working on my iphone. am I going to be able to download the photo transfer app to my computer and save the photos from my iphone? How? What all do I need to do? Help!

The photo transfer app is fine transferring photos but it doesn't appear to transfer videos ? It selects videos and at the end process succesful but none of the videos arrive on my mac ?

Thought this would be easy to move google photos from google+ to iPad photos but apparently the photos have to be in GOOGLE DRIVE to transfer.....money down the drain and a wife that is upset cuz she can't show pics of gran kids to friends at lunch tomorrow. Not a good thing for me or her

loaded photo transfer on both ipad v.7.0.4 and mac v. 10.9.1. mac will not "discover" my ipad. my home, private wi-fi works fine for every other app except yours. what gives?!

Mistakenly downloaded Photo Transfer App intended for iPad to my Mac, then followed with the free Mac app. The Mac shows only the free one, the iPad one is nowhere to be founded. Where do I find it and transfer it to the iPad?

I am unable to transfer videos from my iPad to my computer. They show up as a photo instead of a video. Could anyone tell me how to get the videos I took from my iPad to my computer?

So far every thing is working perfectly on the APP!!!!!! I have to admit we were all memorized watching the process work.
I am having trouble on my end. The reason why I wanted to upload my photos from my iPhone to my iPad was so that I can create more data space. I can't seem to delete any of the pictures off the iPhone nor camera roll or video and the pictures that I of London to my iPad are in my dropbox my photo app and in my icoud. It seems that I have too many apps on my iPhone and iPad that are receiving repeat information which is usually a lot of data on my iPad. Not sure what to turn on and what to turn off I kind of hey mess going anyway you could help

Trying to send photos from my PC to my iPhone. When I discover devices, it always shows my iPhone photos instead of my PC photos. How do I reverse the process of transfer? I want to go from my PC to my iPhone, not the other way around...
