I cannot connect my iMac and my iPad. All the buttons are greyed out except help and settings on the Mac, I have the app running on both machines and have restarted. I need to transfer a camcorder video of about 10 mins from the mac to the iPad, the mac cannot find the device. Any suggestions?

Each time when I backup some folder from my iphone 4 to Windows PC the same photos are downloaded again and again. I suppose that only new photos must be downloaded.

I take very large (typically in 200+ megapixel range) panoramas. I want to zoom in on the ipad to get the greatest resolution to show potential clients the resolution they can expect from a wall size image. What would the optimal maximum size to upload a photo and zoom way in on the ipad air.

This is one of my favorite apps and incredibly easy to use. However, for the past two days the photos are not transferring. Everything's hooking up and discovering fine. I'm following all the steps I always follow - it gets to the point where both my phone and laptop say the files are transferring and both are showing the icons as though it is happening. However, it never moves from item 1 ('transferring 1 of 24'). I've restarted, rebooted, reselected, re - everything, but it keeps staying stuck on number one. Please help!

I have the latest versions installed on my macbook air, iPad air and iPhone 5s. Macbook recognises iPad and iPhone but when i try to connect to either an error messages says that it can't connect and i need to install the latest version of the app on iPad or iPhone. Please help.

We have Photo Transfer App on an iPad 1 and on a new iPad mini, so we have two versions of iOS, 5 and 7 (with all the available updates). We just installed the free Phototransfer app on a Windows 7 device and tried to transfer files from the Windows machine to each iPad in turn. In both cases, things started well, with the iOS device being recognised by the Windows app, and the selection process for pictures on the Windows device and the receiving album on the iOS device working OK.

But when we started the transfer process - even for a single picture - it seemed to start, but then the Windows app said "waiting for device" apparently forever. What did we do wrong?

When installing app i accidentally denied permission to my photos and i cant figure out how to grant permission.

I am trying to transfer videos from my iPhone 4s camera roll to an ipad. It just takes ages and then says it is unable to do this. Check broadband speed (excellent) and to reset router (done). Still won't transfer, any ideas?

I have photos in my laptop that I want to transfer to my mini levono pad. I connected the USB side of the cable to the laptop and mini USB to my mini but don't get recognition for my mini. Any suggestions?

The two sides need successfully link. My 4th Gen iPod Touch (iOS 6.1.6) is seen by my Mid-2009 Macbook (Mavericks 10.9.3), but I receive a communication error upon selecting it.
