I am trying to download a 4 minute video from my ipad mini to my Windows computer. It has been "downloading for almost 10 minutes!

Hi, I'm trying to transfer photos from an iPhone 4S to an iPhone 5S. I don't have any problems with the transfer itself, but ...

Say I have an album on the 4s called Pets. I create a new album on the 5s also called Pets. I start the transfer process, and on the 5s I make sure to select the new Pets album. I also see that Camera Roll and Photo Stream are selected, but I can't deselect them.

I transfer the photos, but in my 5s Photos app, they appear not only in the Pets album, but also in the Camera Roll, and the Photo Stream. I only want the photos in the Pets album.

If I try to delete the photos from the Camera Roll, it also deletes them from the Pets album.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the app, or maybe some other settings, but I've looked around and can't see any settings that look related.

Can somebody help me with this?

How do I keep the manual sort order for photos that I have created on the iPad when I copy the folder to the PC using the app? I.e. I spent part of my holiday travel time sorting the good photos into a folder and putting them in a sensible order. So. Because we use multiple cameras as a family, but collect all the pics together.. On the iPad neither the filenames for the photos nor the dates will dictate the sort order. Only my manual re-arrangement within the folder on the iPad has the correct sort order. How do I keep this sort order???

I want to transfer photos from my Windows PC to my iPad. I have downladed the Photo Transfer App successfully on both my iPad and PC - and choose "receive photos" on my iPad. My problem is that on my PC - the only option I get is to transfer photos from my IPad - not to my iPad. The only device that appears on my PC is my iPad. Could you please help me. Am I missing a step? Many thanks

Do large files have a problem? I tried to transfer a 16 gb video from my ipad to my Mac. At the very end of the process ( 1 hour 50 minutes), it failed. Is this a file size issue?

Videos transferred from camera roll on iphone 4s ios 7.02 to PC XP sp3 appear as multple mov files . They will not play on any player I have tried. Help please? (p.s. photos transfer ok)

How do I delete the photos off of my iPad? I have transferred the photos to my Mac using this app but the photos are still on my iPad and I want to get them off. I do not have the option to delete them and I originally transferred them to my iPad from a PC because my PC was dying.

Not up loading selected photos to an existing album on the Mac. Shows as up loading but never finishes.
