Thank you for posting your inquiry with us :)
If you are playing it on a computer, what are you using to view the videos with? What software?
I recommend viewing them using Quicktime. Please let me know if viewing your videos in QT helps!

Thank you for responding. Q T (latest free version) was the first player I tried and it treats the mov files like jpegs.
here is what I have been doing:
open the the app on my pc
open the app on my iphone - pc discovers it
I click on it and it shows iphone camera roll 141photos
below that is an icon and "filter videos" 39 videos
on my pc desktop i have a target folder called "Bill's iphone" that has 2 subfolders named photo and video. I have tried downloading videos filtered, all togerther, and the video files look like Q T files and are called mov files but are not tied togther like playable videos. In addition to Quicktime I have tried Real player, Windows media player, and i tunes - none work , Again, photos work ok.
Is there a recommended proceedure for transferring videos from iphone 4s to pc with windows xp that I am not following? - thanks, Bill G
There is a great clip converter software which has worked for others in the past converting it to a .MOV format or compatible iDevice format which is .mp4 is: http://handbrake.fr
Can you try converting your video file with handbrake and see if that works? Did you happen to modify your videos before you transferred them with our app? Or where they taken directly with your iPhone?
Best,
Amber
I just wanted to add that you can try using VLC to play the videos:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
It's a free software and allows you to play MOV files.
Hope this helps you!
