The help desk has suggested I update to version 4.5. I don't recall installing this update, but maybe I did. How can I find out what version I have on my Mac? on my iPhone 4? on my iPad2?

Using my iPhone as a hotspot. I connect both iPads (gen. 1 & mini) to network. Set up receiving (mini) and sending ( Gen. 1) devices. Both devices acknowledge connection to hotspot and connection to one another but when I try to transfer the photos the mini/receiving device shows "error connect" or "trouble connecting" message.
I have followed all the trouble shooting suggestions

I created a couple of folders that I need to rename. Is there a way to do that?

I really thought this would be an easy solution for moving photos from my Mac to my iPad Air. It's not. I have to upload each photo folder from my Mac individually, which is a pain. It will not let me drag and drop, either. And it crashes at least every other folder upload. I'm not impressed.

When I transfer my pictures from my iMac to my iPad into a new album it automatically puts in my camera roll then automatically it puts them in photo stream and fills my photo stream to the top if I delete them from the photo stream and the camera roll it to Lisa from my new folder also how can I prevent that

I am not able to download this video to my computer. I would like to transfer the video directly from the internet to my ipad. Is there a way to do this with this app?

I recorded a 30 minute movie onto my ipad and have (Photo Transfer) transferred it to my MacBook. The file is there and it is showing up as a .mov file but there's no picture above the file name, which happens when I've recorded short clips.

I'm able to drop/drag the short .mov files into iTunes.

The 30 minute .mov won't go into iTunes. Is it possible that it's too large a file?

My photo transfer app is not functioning. It is stuck on Discover Devices -- permanently spooling but finding nothing despite all home WiFi in excellent order and device (iPad mini) with you app running. Please help!
