Sorry for not responding earlier. Yes, our app will transfer your RAW files, unfortunately when they are in RAW+JPG they will transfer in JPG only when using the desktop app. If you want to get the RAW files then you need to use the web interface which will offer you a choice between the RAW or JPG files. To do this follow the instructions on the app to open the web interface and then select the files that you want to download. Next you can download them in a zip file as RAW or JPG.

I just wanted to add that you can try using VLC to play the videos:

It's a free software and allows you to play MOV files.

Please verify that you are using the latest version of our app on your iPad - latest version is 4.01. You can verify this by going to the 'About' screen on our app.
Also, If you are still on iOS5 on your iPad please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON. Apple requires apps accessing photos to have location services enabled when reading photos that may be geo-tagged.
For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. Hi Stephen,
Sorry you are having problems with the app. Did you take the video with the iPad or with another device? The app will take the date stored on the metadata of the video but if there is no metadata then it will put the date of the transfer.

Thanks for contacting us. If your devices are using the same iTunes account then you don't need to pay twice. You can simply download the app on the other device and you will not be charged as long as the same iTunes account is used.

Thanks for contacting us. If you already bought the plugins on your iPad and you are using the same iTunes account on your iPhone then you should be able to get them for free on the iPhone. Simply open the app on your iPhone, touch the 'Settings' button in the main screen (the one with a gear icon) and then touch the 'Restore purchases' button which should communicate with the App Store and unlock the plugins.
