I have raw and jpeg photos on my ipad but will only transfer jpeg how can i do this

I shoot in raw and jpeg and the ipad is only transfering my jpeg although says raw jpeg on photo . Using ipad 2 if makes any difference

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Are you using the desktop app to transfer your photos? If that's the case please try using our web interface that will allow you to transfer your RAW files separately. We are working to add that to our desktop app but for now you can use the web interface to transfer in the different formats.
