in-app purchase error

I keep getting an error about not being able to connect to the iTunes store to download the all plugins that it says I have already purchased but not downloaded. I worked on my ipad but not my iphone 5s
Hi Scott,

Thanks for contacting us. If you already bought the plugins on your iPad and you are using the same iTunes account on your iPhone then you should be able to get them for free on the iPhone. Simply open the app on your iPhone, touch the 'Settings' button in the main screen (the one with a gear icon) and then touch the 'Restore purchases' button which should communicate with the App Store and unlock the plugins.
