Cannot install gifted app on iPad and iPhone

It may be possible that she needs to have your account details for the iTunes account, put into her other iDevice as well.

Usually, if the same account info is on all the iDevice's, the App will install FREE on as many iDevices as you want.

As GV mentioned, if you are using the same iTunes account to install it on your iPad you should be able to download it to your iPhone without charge. Our app is a universal app so if you buy it on one device, using the same iTunes account you can download it to your other device(s) without being charged. It will just act like an update.

So if you go to the app store on your device and search for photo transfer app, you should be able to download it directly.
