Does the desktop computer have to be connected to the network wirelessly? All my devices are connected to the same network (ssid); iPhone & iPad wirelessly, but desktop is connected to router via cat5 cable. Apple touts wifi syncing with iTunes, but neglects to tell you that computer must also be connected wirelessly. This is why I'm asking the question. Since you are showing IP addresses, it sounds like the app would work but wanted to save myself the hassle. Thanks

Transfer video from my mac to iphone4 is not working. The file got transferred to my iphone4 but when I open Photos, the thumbnail is a grey icon with the word JPG on it and I can't open that file too. Please help

I just got this app and was eager to try it to transfer videos from my iPhone 4 camera roll to my iPad. It went OK until after the attempted transfer when it said there was an error because the video I was trying to transfer was not compatible with my iPad, which makes no sense. Any thoughts? I am shouting...I have tried this garbage for two days and it doesn't work with iPhone 4s ios5. I have tried it on two different wifi networks to transfer from a PC win7 to my iPhone4s and keep getting the same error message that it can't find the url.
Both systems have very strong 4-5 bar signals. On your app website it doesn't address PC to iphone just iphone to pc and iphone to ipad etc.
How do I get a refund. So now I post and you ask for a user name and password with no place to get one...You're disgusting.
