i purchased this app a week or so ago. I do not see it on my computer. How do I get the app on my computer? I had the iPad connected to my computer. The app does not app era but the charge has been deducted from my account. I paid for it but do not have a way to get the icon. Thanks, Gina

App on PC just hangs when I try to transfer images from Windows 7 to iPhone 4

I'm using Firefox

I'm typing correct http address directly into address bar.

I've tried a larger and a small image.

I've tried disabling the firewall

But all I get is the spinning activity upload symbol. I've left it for up to an hour and it still goes nowhere.

Is there an upward limit on file size that the app will handle? I inadvertently copied off a 38 minute HD video from the 4s and I am now trying to add it back. The file is 6.4GB in size. I know it will take forever to transfer back, but the app doesn't do anything when trying to send from PC to the iPhone. I know the connection works because I can send photos and smaller videos with no issue. Lastly I have adjusted the settings to include a length of 10000 seconds and it is still not working. Any thoughts?

certain pictures transfer as blurry but on my windows computer they are clear, the thumbnail does not shot up when viewing the photos on my ipad. This happens with both ipads I have one the same picture

I've transferred many photos and it's working great. But when i try to upload the next batch from my iPhone4 to my Mac computer, I'm getting the message "reached maximum selection limit. Not all photos may have been selected.
What does this mean? Do I need to slow down on the process?

Error message uploading photos to iPad. Says possible Incompatible format. They're jpeg. I changed "Use old settings APIs to "On." in Settings, but it didn't help.
