TROUBLESHOOTING WITH VIDEOS THAT CAN'T BE VIEWED ON COMPUTER
Hi. I have an iPhone 4 recently updated to iOS5.0.1 and an iMac with OS X Lion 10.7.2. Until now I've never had problems downloading photos and videos, but now i can only download pictures. Well, to be exact, I can also download videos, but my computer doesn't recognize them! Not with Quicktime 10.1 nor VLC! Can you please explain? What can I do to get my videos? Thanks!

Video tranfer problem. Not all videos are detected.
I have 2 videos to transfer from my iphone3 to my Ipad1, the iphone state that he has 2 vids to transfer while the Ipad is receiving 1/1, only the short video is transferring, impossible to have my 12min vids to transfer via this app. Any clue why?

Finding videos on iPad2 to transfer to pc
IPAD 2 : When i select transfer videos to pc, the program only shows the folders with pictures but not the video folder on the IPAD2. How do you solve this problem ?

Cannot find .mov files that were transferred to Ipad2
Transferred 3 .mov files to ipad. Free space went down indicating they are on ipad. Not in photos. Not in videos. How can I find to delete?

Have IPAD2 with 3g and wireless but no network on PC laptop at condo in Florida..
While in florida shooting Spring Training IPAD2 has everything but condo has no network. How can I photo transfer from PC to IPAD2? Product works great in Massachusetts with connections for both! Please help. Guess I could go to Starbucks or Barnes and Nobles if can't find solution....

Do I have to upload through winzip.
I had thought this app would move photos from my ipod or ipad directly to a directory on my PC. Instead, the files are moved via zip files and have to be opened with winzip and drug into the directory. Is there a direct path or do I always have to go through Winzip? thanks

NEW to Ipad
To transfer pictures from my ipad to my laptop and vice versa, I just need to download the app on my ipad and I am ready to go.
