I want to download *ALL* of the Iphone pics & videos to ONE Windows folder. After the 1st Iphone folder is downloaded successfully, no other can be downloaded to that folder; its says it has done it, but it hasn't. I can load the next Iphone folder to a NEW Windows folder but not to the 1st one. Am I missing something?

I want to transfer 500mb video from my iPad to another iPad.

transferring from iphone to mac and when transferring the album occassionally a file will say that it does not exist. 

Although I will update my MBP soon, I'm currently stuck on 10.8.5 and the Photo Transfer App for Mac Desktop only works with Mac OS 10.11 it says on the iTunes store. Where can I download an older version? There's too much to sort out before I can upgrade my Mac OS but need to download lots of edited pix from my iPhone and really can't afford the time to do this from scratch in iPhoto.... :( Any help much appreciated. 

Postscript: I found the Google Chrome app and used that instead. It appeared to work but it only copied the non-edited photos over. In addition, when selecting the edited photos only, it only copied one photo at a time so I gave up and have to accept the loss of paying for an app that didn't do its job....... :( :(

First time using your app, and all my videos were transferred to google drive and none of my .mov videos play. All 207 videos are gone. I checked recently deleted files, it wasn't there either.

I receive an error message when I try to open large folders, ie folders with several hundred images.  Folders with few images open and backup fine.

The PC photo transfer app is limiting me to downloading images and videos by page from my Camera Roll which has about 1100 items. Is there a way to set and forget to backup all items at one time?

I am excited about the photo transfers app. Now on my iPhone I use iCloud for photo optimization, thus the full photo is in the cloud but the picture on the phone is small. When I use your app to transfer my photos, will it download the full resolution from the cloud? Will photo optimization (which can be turned on in settings) make it so only the small picture files move over? Thanks so much!

Can live photos be transferred from the iphone as well? If so, does it transfer in a different type of video format or something ? Thank you!
