I am trying to transfer 1192 photos from iPad to Mac. It transfers the first 12 then hangs up on a .MOV file. The process will not continue.

I ́m Using Iphone 6 with windows 10 APP and want to transfer vom Iphone to windows. The connection is working well but when starting the download it hangs for hours on "Downloading image 1 of 1" This problem occurs in every situation with one or more pic / vid. Downloading via Webbrowser is working fine but not via your desktop app. I ́ve already reinstalled all programs. This is frustrating!!!

I and my wife has iPhones 3GS and 4 respectively. My question is If I purchase and install the app on my 3GS. How I can get it on my wife iphone4. Pls throw some light on it.

Hello, I have downloaded the free version of this app to try as I am trying to find the best way to transfer edited videos to my PC without losing the editing or the editing transferring as file extension aae, separate from the original file. I have tried transferring a couple of videos with the app as I was told this was the best app to use specifically for this feature, yet, when I play the video once it has transferred, the editing (in this case slow motion) has been lost. Is this feature not available in the trial version or am I perhaps not transferring the files correctly? It may be worth noting that I am transferring these videos from within the 'slow mo' album on my iphone and not the camera roll itself. Not sure if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance!

just purchased photo transfer app yesterday.  transferred photos have degraded in quality.   ipad to pc

The quality of the pictures I transfer from computer to Iphone4 gets worse..... how can i fix it???? When I enlarge from original they get blurry.

I have photos saved on my camera roll that were edited in Snapseed, then saved back to camera roll (to create a border).  When I go to transfer these they are not showing up on the select photos screen.  I was able to transfer one, when four were selected.  It only saw and transferred the one.  Even though they are on my camera roll, they simply do not show up photo transfer.

Problem uploading iPhone videos from PC to iPhone 6 Plus. The app is installed fine, and I am connected. I created a new folder and went to upload the videos into the folder from my PC but when I go into my video folders n my PC, it says 'nothing found here'. All the photos show up fine however but bought the app to re-upload some videos to my iPhone.  Thanks for your help.

Can I purchase previous app version to work with iOS version 6 on iphone
