WIndows 10 download folder will not take more than one Iphone photo folder

I want to download *ALL* of the Iphone pics & videos to ONE Windows folder. After the 1st Iphone folder is downloaded successfully, no other can be downloaded to that folder; its says it has done it, but it hasn't. I can load the next Iphone folder to a NEW Windows folder but not to the 1st one. Am I missing something?

Hello Bob,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. Did you try using the 'Backup' feature inside of our Windows app? After you connect to your device using the Windows app click on the 'Backup' button and then choose the albums you want to transfer. Then start the process and that should transfer all the photos in the albums you selected to your computer.
