I am having an issue in connecting my desktop application. Both iphone6s and laptop is connected to the same wifi network. However the desktop app is not able to locate my iphone, I am able to transfer the pics via the web url. Can someone please help me?

This app used to work with my iPhone and Windows 10 computer but now all I get when I try to launch in on the desktop is a black box.  I have checked and I have the latest version of Adobe Air.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop version 4 times but nothing changes.  What else can I do?

When beginning an upload from the Windows 7 App to the iPad, I get a popup stating that port 57777 may be in use, specify another port, and the error number 2002.  The transfer then begins normally, but if it consists of a large number of files, the Windows App then crashes.  Smaller number of files seem to work okay.  Are the message and the crash related?  What can/should be done about the possible port conflict?

I can transfer a 38MB video from WIN7 PC to iphone6 but 75MB and 191MB never complete. No error messages, after 8 hours it still did not finish.

App crashes when selecting Find Devices on MacBook Pro running Sierra 10.12.3.  iPad Air 2 running iOS 10.2.1, connected on same Wi-FI network.  Completely removed app and reinstalled it from the App Store.

Hi, would you be able to help. I am unable to save my settings before use of app. I wish to keep my photos in the order they are and not put chronological. I check the box in settings but it does not save it. Thankyou for your time and trouble to assist if you can kind regards Dave

Hello, Using IOS 16.2 on an iPhone 14. The App thinks it is not connected to WiFi even though the device is. Appears that the app can't get the IP address it needs. I recently installed this app because I was having the same problem on a different app that also is used to transfer photos from a device to a PC. Same exact problem.

Does this app use the IP address of the phone or does it request a new local IP address for transfers?
