WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PHOTOS THAT CAN BE TRANSFERRED IN ONE GO?


HI I HAVE 17000 PHOTOS ON MY IPHONE 6S THAT I WANT TO TRANSFER TO MY MACBOOK LAPTOP HOWEVER WHEN I TRANSFERRED AND CHECKED BEFORE DELETING THE PHOTOS ON THE PHONE THERE ARE ONLY 9999 PHOTOS ON MY LAPTOP AND THEY SEEM TO BE RANDOMLY CHOSEN RATHER.  IS THER A LIMIT OF 9999 PHOTOS AS IT SEEMS THE PHOTOS ARE LABELLED 0001 TO 9999 SO I'M GUESSING THATS THE LIMIT.

When I transferred files from my iPad to My iMac some  came with titles such as "IMG_0005.jpg" which is what I expected but some came with titles such as "FullSizeRender(4).jpg" and one came as "CDDF1EBB-F911-44C7-A29B-85131F401059.JPG". Why the difference?

Photos are transferring upside down.  They come to the viewer right side up, but then when opened in viewer after transfer they come upside down.

I've just upgraded to be able to transfer more then 5 photos but when I've gone back into the app and selected all its still saying I can only still transfer 5 photos, when I paid to upgrade it said my purchase was successful
Where am I going wrong

I have had the app for a while now - over a year at least - maybe two. never had one problem with it until the last update.  The app constantly crashes when the images start saving to the device.  Sending from iMac to iPad.  Tried the new share option, uploading through web and uploading through the application on the iMac. It sends them fine and then it crashes.  I thought maybe it was the number of images but it has transferred many more than this before and I even tried creating a new photo album since the one I was sending it to had over 30,0000 images in it and it still keeps crashing.  

I purchased the Photo Transfer app on 5/27/2016 (verified through itunes)
I've logged into the same itunes account on my iphone.
Launching the app and clicking the 'gear' icon and then selecting 'restore purchases' errors with:
'No Purchase Found' We couldn't find a purchase for this item. If you think this is an error please email us to: support@phototransfeerapp.com
