I have my culled photos in Albums on ipad (1200 - 1500 per album) and want to transfer.  Flakey wifi and slow.  Is it possible to use USB connection with File Transfer? Need to retain metadata, etc as well.  Thanks

The Windows transfer app finds my iphone, shows my photos, and lets me download them. But it just wont upload. I can try, and it will let me select a JPG image on my PC, peform the upload, and in the end tell me it was sucessful. But in reality the photo hasn't moved or been copied anywhere.  This is old equipment, I-phone-4 with last available IOS (7.x I believe), and the PC app is on  a Win XP machine. But it was supposed to work with this setup, and ought to be able to at least detect an opbios failure and report why, rather than just say the upload was successful.

Addendum: Same result using the webservice at connect.phototransferapp.com. I can connect to my device, offer the necessary permissions when asked, and complete an upload. But the "uploaded" photo is nowhere to be found on the iphone.

Hi. When I try to transfer videos taken with my iphone (4s) to my IPad, i get an error on my iPad - technical: "The video you are trying to transfer is not compatible with this device"

where do my pictures save to on Windows? An app in Windows or on  the photo transfer app?

Using Photo Transfer App Pro with iphone 6 and ipad air. Always worked on bluetooth but after update to ios10 devices find each other, begin download, then show an error message with choices to Retry or Cancel, but always fail to transfer. Wifi works fine

I run Photo Transfer App on a Mac desktop and an iPhone. I upgraded my iPhone to the new version but I can't figure out how to upgrade my desktop version. It keeps sending me to what looks like the regular app store with no upgrade link and the menu items in the software do not work. I must be missing something. Please point me where to upgrade the desktop version. Thanks.

I bought the iPhone version of photo transfer. I need the iPad version as well. I was told by the add that it was also included with the purchase of the iPhone. How can I get the iPad version? I went to the app store on my iPad and it want me to buy it. Is there a way.
