Picture quality

Thanks for posting your question here. Our app transfers your photos exactly as they are stored on your computer. We don't modify or change the pictures at all, they should be stored on your iPhone exactly as they are on your computer. Are you sure that you are choosing the full resolution photos on your computer? If the pictures are in low resolution then they will not be displayed well on the iPhone. Do you know what resolution are your images?

5/15  I just read this problem/response.  I double checked the photos on my ipad and they are definitely sharp.  I checked the full resolution feature during the process.  I noticed that it did that it will change the ??? to .jpg.  I said "yes".  pls provide immediate answer as I am updating website and facebook.
