Is there any way to retrieve videos that have been accidently deleted that we're transferred from my iPhone to iPad using photo transfer app? I made a rookie mistake and deleted my videos because I thought they were duplicated. Deleting one album deleted the other. Best Buy says they can recover for $500 but I figured maybe there was a way to retrieve from this app since that's how they were transferred.

Cannot transfer photo from one ipad to another both on same version, both same internet connection but one says cannot find any albums on the other but they are there! Checked all privacy and transfer settings, they are the same. Working one shows transfer app in privacy but the other does not?

I am trying to transfer some .mov videos from my pc to my iPhone 4s but I keep getting the 303 error message. I saw a previous post about this and made sure there are no spaces in my file name. How can I determine if .mov files will be compatible with my iPhone?

Installation went fine, however some thumbnails do not load completely when attempting to transfer from my iPhone 5 to my Mac. All software is completely up to date (7.04) & Maverick. Location services are all enabled and Transfer app has been given access to photos. I restarted Mac and iPhone after install just to make sure, after which problem still persists. Help!

What controls the order that photos appear in? I have an album for a family wedding made up of photos from several sources. They are named wedding (001), wedding (002) etc but after transfer they appear in a completely random order! Can I sort them by name or alter the order manually?

very long discovering devise process, its already 20 min in the search mode and my Mac comp. still did not find any of my I phones or I pads (I have 4 devices) . But it did worked yesterday though. I looked all the trouble shooting and turned off and on again 2 times.... Just want to transfer on photo from my I phone to Mac comp....

previous photo transfer app had ability to change the resolution, new one does not seem to have this.

After I have transferred pictures and videos from iPhone to PC, then how do I delete them from iPhone? Also can I do it from other folders than Camera Roll?
