Mac don see any of my devices

very long discovering devise process, its already 20 min in the search mode and my Mac comp. still did not find any of my I phones or I pads (I have 4 devices) . But it did worked yesterday though. I looked all the trouble shooting and turned off and on again 2 times.... Just want to transfer on photo from my I phone to Mac comp....
Is it OK ?

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I apologies for the long delay in response! Are you still experiencing issues with the app and discovering your device?

Are you using the desktop app perchance? you can read more about our desktop app(s) here: http://phototransferapp.com/mac/

Make sure that your have your device connected to the same wifi network as your computer. Also make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer.

I would like to suggest touch "Discover Devices" button a couple of times as sometimes it may take a couple of attempts for the app to discover the devices. Also you can close out the app and start it again, that will force the app to 'broadcast' itself on the network again and then touch "discover devices" button on the other device to try to re-discover it as sometimes it takes just a few attempts to re-discover.

Another solution you can attempt: Please reset your wifi network and then join the network again from the devices.
