I was copying 66 files from my Iphone 5 to PC, and app hanged several times on one particular file (it's around 4 minutes long video shot with Iphone 4s, file is largest of all). I waited for maybe 20-30 minutes, and that thing kept spinning, but doing nothing. Progress bar for that file went to complete and stopped there, but when i looked for that file on PC, it was there but was only 0 kb, where did it go?...

If i copy only that file at once, it does OK..

I used 'back up" function and finally it copied all those 66 files. However, why is it called "back up" if i can't restore all files in same exact order as it was? It only allows me to either chose pictures or videos for copying to iphone, not all of them in time order.

"Select all" doesn't allow me to deselect one file (the one i already downloaded).

Overall i'm dissapointed with relatively slow transfer speed, i expected it to be much faster...It's good enough for pictures, but for videos not so much.

I have a 4th gen Ipod Touch and can't connect to it by neither Ipad or computer. All is connected on the same Wi-Fi network and connects to one another except the Ipod. Don't even wants to connect with bluetooth?

i downloaded the app for $2.99 but now it says can only load first 50 photos. I have a lot of photos to download. The description on the apple sotre app webpage does not indicate any limit on # of photos. How can I fix this?

Im trying to transfer photos from a Windows 7 computer to a Ipad3. I have two differant albums on my iPad. Album "A" and "B". The same names show up on my computer and I high lite "B" but it always transfers the photos to "A" ( my main default album on the iPad). How do I get the computer to transfer the photos the "B" and not "A" ?

just bought the app from iTunes and then downloaded the PC version. Found the PC version is 2.0. An earlier, more than a year, q/a session said "go ahead and download v3.1" What gives?

When I upload to a newly created album it seems the pics show up in the "saved photos" as well. Is this normal behavior? Is there a way to keep the pics to just upload to the newly created album only?

I have looked at the message board but it hasn't helped. I have made an album in iPhoto for all the pictures I want to transfer to my camera roll on my iPhone 5. I am able to transfer the pictures but they never transfer in order--I have tried multiple times and even tried doing it a few pictures at a time. Please help :(

I cannot transfer 5 minute (or larger) videos from my ipad to my pc (win7 ultimate). Phototransfer app (on my pc) hangs, and the connection to the ipad is lost... ipad screen changes to the connect screen. The only way to exit phototransfer on my pc is through task manager. The app works well for photos and short videos. Please advise. The transfer of the same videos was faultless between iphone5 and ipad4!

This is a video taken on my ipad mini at my granddaughters graduation. On the ipad mini it looks fine. It is her walking down the aisle to pomp and circumstance. It is one of the most important moment of her life. It is fine on my ipad mini. When transferred to the computer, it is UPSIDE DOWN. What the hell caused this and what do I DO?
