I'm seriously frustrated and annoyed. I am attempting to transfer .mov files from PC or Mac to iPad... Everything seems fine... the file is transferring.... and then right at the death, the app seems to crash and then no file is available on the iPad. I've tried all your support steps so far... everything is running on the same network, and as I said, all seems OK until the final hurdle. Any advice please ?

Some of my photo's have geotagging set and some of these pin points are in the wrong places, so I have downloaded geosetter a free geotagging software for windows and have now gone through all my pictures and saved the new location.

If I go to properties on the photo's I can see that the Longitude and latitude information has been set and seems to be working correctly but when I transfer the photo’s back to the phone via PhotoTransfer my phone does not plot the pins.

Q: I was wondering if your app removes or ignores the Geotagging information when moving photo’s between my machine and my phone?

How can I transfer an album at a time rather than a photo
? When trying to open the whole album it fails.

I'm using a Windows 7 PC and an IPad 2.

I follow your instructions until step #4. I enter http://192.168.1.3:8080 in my PC Win Explorer browser but after trying for a minute or so, the "can't open this window" flag appears.

I've tried many times; shutting off the other PC using the WiFi connection as well. No go.

Otherwise the IPad works fine on the WiFi network (a Netgear N 150 Router WNR 1000) that is connected to the PC mentioned above.

Ideas?

When I upload video's from my PC to iPad I receive teh Done message "1 images were saved to your photo album. To view them, open the "Photos" application. However, nothing shows up under video, but there is a blank JPG thumbnail under photos.

I cant transfer movies made on my iPhone 4s from my iPhone 4s to my iPad gen1 because it doesnt support the format????

Movies are in .mov extension but will not transfer from Windows PC to iPad? It shows the JPEG image icon and not the video. Any other methods to transfer videos?

When my pics are downloaded they are all rotated 90 degrees. I don't mind rotating them back to the original view -- the problem is once i do that my computer does not allow me to save the change -- so i will have to rotate them every time i view them, very annoying. The exact error message I get is "Windows Photo Viewer can't save the changes to this picture because there's a problem with the picture's file properties." Is there a way to fix this and stay in Windows Photo Viewer? I am using Windows 7. If not, what photo viewing software should i be using? free of course. anything besides picassa?
