The Firefox browser may call it by some other function, or may not have it.

You may need to look, or wait for Amber, or Enrique...
I don't know the Firefox browser well enough.
If you have control of its internal connection settings you may be able to allow connections between internal hot-spot devices.

You may have to ask Verizon that question.
By the way, what browser are you using. ... The options may also change depending on that too. ... So, may as well get that question answered now as well.
You're not missing anything.
That option was with XP or Mac, maybe Enrique knows what the menu option on Win7 is.

I don't think I saw you mention the PC OS being used, in your original post. :)
That's an interesting file extension. Seems as good, if not better than PNG

Where's the metadata stored, in both extension types, or just one.
Does your program read all of the photos meta-data?
I've been looking how to read it, or find an app that shows it ...
... same as when viewing "properties / advanced" in a Windows file, on a PC.

If that's what metadata actually is, of course. :)

Isn't it the info of what shutter speed was used, lighting measurement, lens opening
...etc ...etc. .. Plus the date / time stamp and other associated stuff :)
The link is called a "HyperText" link.

The text itself is the link, so you right-mouse-button click over the box'd text saying,
"Download all photos as zip file..." .. Or ... "Medium Resolution"

"Select Other" is most likely a button to get other options.

The other "hyper-text" links are, shown under each photo thumbnail for the resolution, when you've selected to see each individual small amount of photos, instead of the larger zip file.
Hey Enrique, that's great the "bug" was also revealed.
Yes the XMP rotated file was in fact from an iPad2 screen shot. (you sure know your App)

One question, where you list a result, and say "... The resulting XMP was a ..."
... It shows the number "8".
Was that suppose to be a photo or link example?
**** Edited: corrected info ****
I just tried connecting to the computers USB port, and didn't see the extra folders I created. ... This must have been changed with iOS 5 , because I was able to add a folder this way, from my computer, onto the Camera Roll area of the iPad2 using iOS 4, last year. ... The iPad2 showed as a camera , under the listing of Scanners and Cameras, in the Windows XP "My Computer" window. ... It still shows like this in iOS 5.1, but no "Add Folder" option is available with "right-mouse-button" clicking, to see the mini menu in XP OS. ... Oh well. :-( ... Even more needed now is Enrique's Photo Transfer App, and getting Apple to allow private Video Folder creation in the iDevice's "Video" folder.

Hello, hi_dencity,

Check the settings for the App, under the Apps listing in the iDevice's "Settings" area.

You can adjust the maximums there, and when you click,"Select All", in the App, window, to send the photos, make sure you also use the > (arrow graphic) to see the next 56 in the listing window, to select additional 56... Three times, for 168 at once, but make sure you pay attention to the ones you've sent already so you don't duplicate photos, and waste your battery power.

I have my photos limit at 200, and videos to 100, and maximum seconds for video length at 5000, but then again ... I have an iPad2. The iPhone could have limits of it's own.

This App is really the best chance, and most reliable way, you have to get the photos, off the iPhone.

Once you see it works, you'll be back to say "thanks" to Enrique... We all have been "saved" in a similar way, so far. ... Thanks, Enrique. :-)
Sorry I but'd in again. I'll stop answering and let you take over. Bye
