QT doesn't recognize format and I do have version 3.0. What now?
I can't open the movie files because I get this error message.
The document “Jess knitting11.11.MOV” could not be opened. The movie is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands.
Please do help. It seems to work so smoothly for most. I have a MacBook Pro version 10.6.8

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the video. I will be more then happy to assist you.
What device was the video created with? iPhone? Camera? Also did you edit the video in anyway? Are you trying to transfer from device to computer? or computer to device?
I would recommend you to try to download or update Quicktime from Apple. This could be causing the issue of your video not being able to play.
