QT does not recognize the format

I would suggest that you update the app to version 3.0. You can update using iTunes or you can update directly from your iDevice using Apples App Store.

I have v 3.0. This is the message I receive when I transfer from my iPhone to my MacBook:

"The document “IMG_4423AA41-DD8B-4037-94CC-2B67669DAF3C.MOV” could not be opened. The movie's file format isn't recognized."
