Problem opening zipped files

Thanks for contacting us, I am sorry you are having issues with the app. I will be more then happy to help you.

Did you recently update your iDevice to iOS5? If so, make sure you are running the latest version of our app 3.0 as it addresses the issues that the older version was experiencing with iOS5. Zip files not loading images properly included in that fix with the update.

I have not changed to ios5 as I may lose the 2500 photos on my iPod touch, I have tried numerous time I case I was doing something wrong but I cannot get the zipped files once extracted to show any photos......
