PC Photo Transfer App is black in Windows 7, help!

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I apologies for the delay in response back to you!

I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall Adobe Air. https://get.adobe.com/air/

Once you reinstall adobe air, restart your computer and then relaunch our desktop app and see if that doesn't alleviate the issue!

You can also use the web browser if the desktop app isn't working or you are still having troubles.
