Getting a movie into itunes
I recorded a 30 minute movie onto my ipad and have (Photo Transfer) transferred it to my MacBook. The file is there and it is showing up as a .mov file but there's no picture above the file name, which happens when I've recorded short clips.
I'm able to drop/drag the short .mov files into iTunes.
The 30 minute .mov won't go into iTunes. Is it possible that it's too large a file?

Thanks for posting your question with us here on the forum, I will be happy to assist you!
A 30 minute movie is a fairly large video to try and transfer over a wifi network using our app directly. Usually for large videos we recommend syncing it with iTunes to get it to your computer or to your device. iTunes itself should be able to handle the video file as long as it's in a compatible format. It should be able to play a .mov formatted video. Did you take / edit the video with your iPad?
Please let me know if you have any other questions about our app or having any other trouble transferring your video file!
Best,
Amber
