Why does it not allow me to upload photos to Facebook? The website told me it did

I want to add captions to Facebook photos so I got this app to upload them from my iPad mini and now it doesn't work

As of right now, this isn't possible with our app as our app doesn't transfer your photos to Facebook. Which website where you referring too?
