I purchased an iPhone 5 yesterday and it looked like the easiest way to get pictures from one device to the other was this app. However, no matter what I do, I cannot get the iPhone 5 to list the iPhone 4S in the devices when I try to receive the pictures. It works the other way around but that of course doesn't help me. I have tried all your recommended troubleshooting options with no success. Please help me complete this. Thanks!

What is the maximum file size for transfer? I've got some scanned jpeg images, some 72 dpi and others 360 dpi. I thought that any size file (including video) were transferrable.

I've tried several times to Upload Images from my Mac to my iPad and everything looks great until I get to the actual images, which I've had no success in uploading, can't even select (a transparent white layer overtop the images seems to indicate that, for some reason, they are not 'selectable')!?

I am using a WPA2 Personal wireless network connection. Cannot connect devices to transfer files using this app via wireless, but Bluetooth works consistently. Using iPhone and iPad. Wireless network works normally otherwise on all devices.

Why might the wireless network not allow this connection? Are there security or other settings I can ask about?

(This is my organization's Enterprise wireless network, so I cannot change any settings myself.)

Why am I unable to transfer photos and videos from Iphone 5 to Ipad 2? I get an "Error" Prompt: There has been a problem loading the albums. Next "Error" Prompt for video: The asset may not be compatible with this device.

When I try to upload a video and create a new album to be transferred to my iPod, i try to upload from my pictures libary on my Windows PC , my videos dont show up. It always says"No items match your search". What do I need to do to fix this problem?

I have an iphone 4S, and have already successfully transferred over 1000 pics and movies from the phone to my windows computer. However, it seems to have hit a brick wall, and it can't seem to handle a 10 minute video I took. It gets about 2/3rds of the way then it just stops. Is the file simply too big? I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, turning my comp off and on, and my phone off and on and reactivating everything from the start. Still doesn't work.

Hi I would like to know if I can do the following with the app.
We have 4 iphones in the house and I would like each device to be able to save to (backup) their pictures and video to a computer (pc) in the house all on the same network. Can each device have its own folder on the PC to back up to and retrieve?

The app was working fine between my iPad, iPod Touch and the iMac yesterday. On first try today the iMac found the iPod, but could not transfer, now it cannot find any device. All are on my home Wifi which I have reset. I also reloaded the app in the iPod and the iMac. I shut down the iMac and restarted...still no luck. Any suggestions?

The app will not stay open - what's wrong? I have an iPad2.
