I want to transfer all of my PC pictures on to my new Mac. Problem using this ap (2.99 paid version) is that the Mac and PC are not finding each other (no devices found). Both devices on the same home Network, reset both computers. No problem when i use the iPad. If i try to manually enter the device there is no web address. Help.

I get iPad (iOS 5.1) and MacBook Pro (OS10.8.4) to recognize each other, then nothing works. On iPad, I have an open dialog box that says devices connected, and if I close it, the connection is lost. On the MBP, I get an album icon which never shows any content. So stuck...

My PC is very old and unreliable. I am looking for a way to transfer photos I have on my iphone 4s to my iPad 2 - will this app do that without needing to involve my pc?

I want to transfer photos and videos from my ipad to my Windows 8 PC. It worked PERFECTLY for my photo transfer (thank you very much!! ), but the App finds photos only on my iPad, not my videos! How do I get the app to find my videos on my iPad?

I was wondering after you transfer your photos from the camera roll location on an iPhone 4 to a new-album in an iPad mini, if you delete the photo on the IPhone will this delete the same photo on the iPad if both devices are operated under the same apple account when they synchronise?
I worried that once I have transferred the photos across from my phone to my iPad mini using your app that if I delete them on my phone to create space It will delete them on my iPad mini as well? Please advise.

i transfered all my videos from my iphone onto my computer just fine but i do not know what else to do or how to get them to play it says cannot play video what am i doing wrong

How do you sort the albums in either app? I have almost 200 separate photo albums on my system, but if you open your list of albums in either the desktop app or the phone app, they are not alphabetized! So if I want to look for a particular photo or set of photos to transfer, it's a real pain in the you-know-what to find it with them all scrambled. I can scroll and scroll through all day long for that.

I contacted the info@ mailbox, but was just told to tap on edit (although no such button could be found), and then I could rearrange them in the desired order. Really? I'm going to sit and individually move each album to alphabetize them? with 200 albums?

PLEASE someone tell me that there is an automated way to sort the albums on name, like in most applications that have you choose from a list. Thanks.

I have had no success connecting my devices over wifi, but they do "see" each other using bluetooth. However, when I click on the iPad to "accept" a connection from the iPhone - nothing happens. Both devices just go back to the Enable Bluetooth screen.

I need to delete albums I created on my pc to remove duplicate transfers to my IPad. I can only find a way to create more albums but not delete the existing ones I have.
