Short video transfer from Ipad mini to Windows 7computer shows upside down

This is a video taken on my ipad mini at my granddaughters graduation. On the ipad mini it looks fine. It is her walking down the aisle to pomp and circumstance. It is one of the most important moment of her life. It is fine on my ipad mini. When transferred to the computer, it is UPSIDE DOWN. What the hell caused this and what do I DO?

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. What software are you using to view the video? Please check that you have the latest version of Quicktime installed on your computer:

You can also try using VLC which is a good free video player for windows:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
