Unable to create request (bad URL?)
I successfully used the app to transfer 200 pictures/videos and then all of a sudden I am getting an error message. It says "unable to create request (bad URL?). I have reset my wireless router and reconnected. I waited overnight to see if the problem was just some fluke going on with my connection. This morning I'm still getting the same error message.

Photos duplicated in "Camera Roll"
When I upload photos from PC to IPAD to a new folder it puts duplicate photos in "Camera Roll". I would like to reserve "Camera Roll" for photos taken with my IPAD. If you delete the photos in "Camera Roll" it deletes the photos from the new folder also.

Unable to Transfer 1GB Video File from iPhone 4S to iPad 3
Here are the details related to this issue:
1. I am running the latest version 3.4 of the app on both the iPhone 4S and the iPad 3.
2. I am running iOS 5.1.1 on both the iPhone and iPad.
3. I can transfer small video files between these devices with no problem.
4. The video file I am trying to transfer was taken using the built-in Camera app on the iPhone 4S.
5. I increased the default video length limit in the Settings on both my iPhone and iPad to 5000 seconds (i.e. from the default of 2000).
6. I turned ON the “Use old savings APIs” option in the Settings for the app on both my iPhone and my iPad and then forced closed both the Transfer app and the Settings app on both my iPad and iPhone before opening the Transfer app again on both devices to attempt the video transfer.
7. I opened the Photos app on both my iPad and iPhone before doing the transfer.
8. Everything looks normal with the receipt of the transfer on the iPad (i.e. it shows the percent complete starting at 0% and going to 100%) but then at the very end it comes up with an error message re: “the video you are trying to transfer is not compatible with this device”.
9. The transfer on the iPhone appears to complete normally (i.e. there is no error message and the message re: transferring file is erased from the screen).
Please help ASAP!

Network Device Discovery/Connection Issue
I have a private class C network which is 10.221.99.0 and I'm having a device discovery issue when trying to transfer videos between my iPhone 4S (running iOS 5.1.1) and my iPad 3 (also running 5.1.1) using your Photo Transfer app that I just purchased. My iPhone has a static address of 10.221.99.8 and my iPad has a static address of 10.221.99.9. In addition, I have a Dell PC on the network which also has a static address of 10.221.99.3. My issue is:
1. When going into Receive mode on my iPad, the iPad does not discover any devices on my LAN;
2. When going into Receive mode on my iPhone, it will discover my iPad as well as my Dell laptop but if I choose the iPad and then choose "Get Videos", it will time out with the message "We couldn't contact the device selected".
3. If I manually enter the correct IP/port on either my iPhone or my iPad, it will then properly connect and transfer the videos (i.e. in either direction).
I love your app -- but want to figure out the network discovery issue/bug so that I don't have to manually enter the IP address each time I use it. Note that I am a computer developer myself and set up my own network and there is nothing preventing discovery or communication between the devices on my private LAN.

Video only filter
Hi there,
I was hoping that you might include a video only filter when selecting files. I already use photostream to transfer all my photos, so I am only interested in transferring my videos, yet I have to scroll through all my photos each time to single out and select my videos.
Otherwise it all works swimmingly. Keep up the good work
Cheers.
Ken.
