The app does not delete the cache after uploading or closing the app. I uploaded 5 videos from my phone to the windows computer and afterwards the app shows it's 300+ mb in size in the settings > usage. Why doesn't the app clear it's cache after closing the app?

I have completed all steps until it comes to opening the file after the transfer and I am getting an error message that states

"Jzip does not support the compression method used by the file."

Any idea how I can fix this?

after completing transfer from windows pc to ipad, no image shows in "saved photos"... Just an icon with the letters jpg on it.

Just got this app on boyh iPad & iPhone. Need to transfer pics from iPhone 4 to iPad. iPad not recognizing iPhone on network & ip address provided does not work either. Both connected to same home wifi. Need help ASAP. Leaving for vacation in am & daughter wants phone available for taking new photos.

I sent a message to support and no one answer me back. I bought this a few days ago, transfer like 15 pics in a "zip folder" and now I CANNOT open them for nothing. Not with sending them to the compressed file, not after downloading a zip file opener...what do I do. I need my pictures. Please help

The icon has disappeared from my I-pad but the app store shows that it is installed. So I cannot find it to run it or re-install the app.

After I have transferred pictures from my PC to my iPhone 4S, some of them, in a batch from the same source, change to negative when I try to look at them on my phone. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it happening?

I get an error once the transfer from Android to Windows computer is complete saying "Windows cannot open the folder. The compressed folder **name** is invalid"

I bought and downloaded the IOS version of this app around a week ago - primarily to transfer video content from my iPhone 4S to my MacBook Pro. I also downloaded and installed the companion app (to be able to do WiFi transfers) directly to the laptop.

I successfully transferred a handful of photos as well as two very short (approximately 10 seconds) HD movies.

Unfortunately, I've run into problems transferring any HD videos of greater length. Just today I attended a training class and recorded two videos - one running about 3 minutes; the other nearly 12 minutes in length. When I attempt to transfer either one, Photo Transfer ends up either crashing on my iPhone (after a minute or more of "Preparing files") or downloading a Zero KB .mov file that won't open and play in QuickTime.

What's going on here? Are the files too big to be transferred using this application? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or feedback.

I am trying to transfer pics from my iPad to my PC and am encountering problems. I've tried to transfer multiple times today and I dont know if I am just too impatient. Two times I have let the app stay open where it is saying transferring... and also preparing photos, then after about 10 minutes it says storage almost full. There is then something saying I should basically buy more storage for at least $20.00/year for a total of 15 GB iCloud storage. I hope this explains my problem.
