No image appears

Thanks for contacting us. What format are the photos that you are tying to transfer? Did you take them with a digital camera or did you edit them with a photo editing program before you transfer them? Photo Transfer App

The photos were taken with a nikon coolpix s6100 and transferred to a windows pc via usb cable. I then dowloaded your transfer app and sent them to the ipad via wifi.. No editing had been done. On a similar note, when i e mailed them to my self and opened on the ipad, then saved the photos, the results were the same. Gray icons in the saved photos folder with the letters jpg on them. No action occurred if you clicked on the gray icons.

Thanks for the info. Ok, so from what you tell us it means that the 'Photos' app is actually having trouble reading the format that your photos are saved with. Somehow either the format is not recognized by the iPad or the files are corrupted. Can you see the photos on your computer without a problem? If yes, then I would make a test to re-save one of them in JPG format using Photoshop or any other editing softaware and I will try the transfer process again.
