Can't open my iphone_zip folder on my PC...heeelp!!!

I sent a message to support and no one answer me back. I bought this a few days ago, transfer like 15 pics in a "zip folder" and now I CANNOT open them for nothing. Not with sending them to the compressed file, not after downloading a zip file opener...what do I do. I need my pictures. Please help

Dear Jessica,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. Can you try using the default windows program to do the unzip? Please try right-clicking on the zip file using the Windows File Explorer and then choosing 'Extract' to see if that helps.

Let us know when you try this. If the problem continues please tell us if you are getting an specific error message so we can understand the problem better. We will be happy to help.

Hello Enrique,
Nope this doesnt help. I tried several ways. I searched for this Windows Explorer and google on how in the world to use it to extract my pictures. Nothing happens. It keep saying that the file is not supported. This is very frustrating. I read your reply to another customer on ths before and try it...tried again. When I right click on it there is NO extract button to click on. I try sending it to the Compressed file...nope, did nt work. Any other suggestions?
