App on PC just hangs when I try to transfer images from Windows 7 to iPhone 4

I'm using Firefox

I'm typing correct http address directly into address bar.

I've tried a larger and a small image.

I've tried disabling the firewall

But all I get is the spinning activity upload symbol. I've left it for up to an hour and it still goes nowhere.

Thanks for posting your question here. I will be more then happy to help you.

You can try quitting the app to refresh the connection on your iDevice. Go to the Settings app and turn off wifi, then turn it back on and join your network again. Then, launch our app and use the address that appears on your device from your computer's web browser and try the transfer again. Do you get the same result?

Also make sure that your photos are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format. Those are our apps supporting photo formats.

Dear Amber

I've tried quitting the app and refreshing the connection but got the same result. I've established that I have got a connection by transferring data between my iPhone and PC by other means.

The images I've tried to transfer are jpgs.

Also, I can transfer from iPhone to PC, it is only transferring from PC to iPhone that won't work.

Hi Graham,

Try to re-install your flash player plugin to see if that helps:

Maybe you have an older version of the flash player and installing a new one can help.
